Daniel Guerithault
Founder & CEO
Daniel Guerithault is the founder of Mise and a lifelong restaurant insider. He grew up working every role at his family’s restaurant, Vincent on Camelback in Phoenix, giving him a practical understanding of fine-dining service and the coordination it demands.
After earning an engineering degree and spending nearly a decade building systems in the automotive industry, he returned to hospitality to solve the everyday operational challenges restaurants face. What began as a tool for his own family has become Mise, a modern platform designed to streamline service and reduce friction in busy dining rooms.
Daniel now focuses on bringing clear, practical engineering to hospitality, helping restaurants work faster, stay organized, and deliver better service.
