Tell us. We onboard new distributors regularly. Most catalogs we've added in days, not weeks.
02Will you really build the wine list template for free?
Yes. You tell us how you want it laid out: typography, sections, structure, the way you want it for your room. We build the template once. After that, you control it: add and remove bottles, swap vintages, mark 86'd, edit pour costs. The list updates itself everywhere you publish it.
03How does the inventory awareness actually work?
Every bottle on the catalog page shows your current on-hand count from inventory. When you build an order, items already low or already on order are flagged so you don't double-up or under-order. The order screen and the floor see the same numbers.
04How does search work for wine?
The categorization is built around how somms actually think. Filter by producer, region (down to village and vineyard), varietal, vintage, AOC, price range, or in-stock state. Save filters as views. Find closeouts and rep deals across all your distributors at once.
05When will built-in payments be available?
We're in active development with a small group of design-partner restaurants now. If you want early access, write to us.
06Compliance?
License and tax handled per state. We don't cross any lines.
