Guest CRM

A unified guest profile, pulled from everywhere your guests already exist.

Every guest who walks through the door has a history across OpenTable, Resy, your POS, your inbox, and every review they've ever written. Mise pulls all of it together into a single, living guest profile so your team knows who's at table 12 before they sit down.

the problem

Your guest exists in seven places at once. Your team meets them one place at a time.

A regular has a profile in OpenTable, a separate one in Resy, a card in your POS, a row in your email tool, a Google review under a slightly different name, and a takeout account using their work email. None of them know about the others. Your team meets the same person six different ways.

the approach

One guest, one record, pulled from every channel they already use.

Mise reads from OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, your POS, your email tool, and the public review platforms. Every signal (a reservation, a visit, an order, a review, a comp, a cancel) collapses into one living profile that surfaces the moment your team needs it. No platform migration required.

capabilities

Every feature, in plain language.

01

Every channel, one profile

Connect OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, Yelp, Google, your POS, and your email tool. Every interaction collapses into one record, read-only on the booking side, so your guests keep using the platforms they already know.

02

Real preferences, real history

Visit cadence, average spend, favorite dishes, allergens, dietary flags, who served them last, what they ordered, when they last canceled or no-showed. Built from real events, not surveys.

03

Surfaces at the moment

Profile appears the second a table is opened, a call comes in, a reservation is confirmed, or a review lands. Your team doesn't search. Context just shows up.

04

Anniversaries and milestones

Birthdays, anniversaries, regular cadence patterns. Surfaced before service so the team can prepare a card, a glass of champagne, or a quiet table.

05

Privacy-first matching

Conservative matching across name, email, phone, and reservation history. We hold profiles separate until confidence is high. No wrong-person embarrassment, no false merges.

06

One source for every module

Email Marketing segments, Review Responder context, Voice POS guest pull-up, Catering inquiry routing, Phone System caller ID. All read from this same record.

how it's priced

Membership plus usage. Honest math.

A flat monthly base subscription, plus low usage rates, measured by the time you actually use Mise. Add Guest CRM on its own, or run the whole house. You will always only pay for what you use.

the questions operators ask first

Answered, plainly.

01Reservation platforms?
OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, and Tock at launch, read-only. We don't move bookings out of the platforms your guests already use; we read them in. We add platforms as design partners ask.
02Privacy / GDPR / CCPA?
Yes. Opt-out, suppression, deletion, and export are all first-class. PII is treated end-to-end: encrypted at rest, role-scoped at access.
03What if matching is uncertain?
We hold the profiles separate until confidence is high. For VIP-tier matches, a manager reviews and confirms before merge. Conservative by default.
04Is this a CDP?
It's a restaurant guest CRM. CDPs are built for e-commerce funnels and ad networks; this is built for the floor, surfaced where your team actually sees a guest.

The fastest way to know if Mise fits is to use it for ten minutes.
