The agent reads your live menu and 86'd items, your reservation calendar, and tonight's specials from the POS. Posts draft themselves with the right context: what you're serving, what's running low, what's about to launch.

Reviews aren't posts. The intent is different, the stakes are higher, and the right response usually depends on what the guest actually ordered. Review Responder reads every review across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor, drafts replies informed by the guest's POS history, and surfaces anything negative to a manager, with a Mise gift card or next-visit make-good ready to issue in one tap.

Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud. Drop new media in a folder and the agent picks it up, edits, and queues.
03AI-generated images?
Optional. Most restaurants use real photos with AI-drafted captions and AI-edited reels.
04Auto engagement: won't this look fake?
It's calibrated. The agent only engages with accounts you've approved (neighbors, regulars, press), and the comments are short, contextual, and human. You can audit everything before it posts.
05What about reviews?
Reviews are handled by a separate module, Review Responder, because the workflow is different (guest-history aware, manager triage, make-good issuance). They share the same brand voice.
